How absorbent are your lace period pants?
Most Cheeky Pants have absorbency to the front and rear waistband as standard which gives you much more protection than many other brands, even when sleeping. 

You know your cycle best and we recommend you change your protection in line with your flow, but most people can change morning and evening, with an additional change during the day on your heaviest day. If you go through many tampons or pads per day, then you'll need to change these more frequently.

Machine wash cold (maximum 30 degrees) and then hang dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener or put them in the tumble dryer.
