Keep calm - we're getting orders out as quickly as we can

Firstly, THANK YOU!  It's amazing seeing so many people make the switch to reusable wipes, cloth sanitary pads, period pants and reusable makeup removing pads, it's brilliant.  And we understand that, for many of you, this is something that you have been thinking about for a while, but the current crisis has made it a priority.

Whatever your reasons, we are delighted to have you on board.  

This does present some challenges for us.  We're currently three to four times as busy as normal.  At the moment we are fully staffed, including the after school team of teenagers who are all sons / daughters of our team.  :-)  Even fully staffed, we haven't able to clear the previous days orders, so we have got a backlog.  

We are doing our absolute best.  At the moment, we are continuing to take orders but be aware that our usual dispatch times are extended.  Please allow approximately *5* days for dispatch of your order, plus delivery timescales.  I shall continue to update this as appropriate daily.

Please be patient with us.  Here's how to keep updated on the progress of your order:

• You WILL receive an order confirmation and dispatch email - if you use Hotmail, please check your spam / junk folders. 
• If you don't already,  follow us on Facebook or Instagram as each day we will post live updates, showing which days orders have been dispatched that day.
• If it looks as if your order should have been dispatched, you will have received a tracking reference by email if you chose the RM tracked service
• If all else fails, please contact our customer services team, but they are also extremely busy so please do bear with us in terms of response times

Thanks for your understanding.  We know lots of you are, like ourselves very worried.  But try not to panic, keep washing your hands...and try to stay sane if you end up in self isolation!
