How does the subscription work? Easy! Choose which style and size you want. Try our period advice questionnaires if you're unsure. Once a month, we'll send you a new pair of period pants.
Can I cancel anytime? There's a minimum 3 month subscription because we need to cover our costs, but after that, you can cancel any time! Drop us a line to customer services and we can do that for you anytime after 3 months.
Does the period pants 90 day risk free trial apply to these? The 90 day trial applies to ONE pair of period pants. So try your first pair and see how you get on. Keep the others and you can return them at the end of the 90 day period if they aren't for you.

How do I wash period panties for girls?

Hand wash or machine wash in cold water (30c max) as higher temperatures 'set' the blood stains.

How absorbent are these cotton period pants?
Most Cheeky period underwear has absorbency to the front and rear waistband as standard . This gives you much more protection than many other brands, even when sleeping.
You know your cycle best and we recommend you change your protection in line with your flow, but most people can change morning and evening, with an additional change during the day on your heaviest day.
If you go through many tampons or pads per day, then you'll need to change more frequently.
